Since my classmates all have their adventures about camp, I shall not be left out! Here it goes...
Kota Tinggi Camp
Reached the campsite LATE. Everything was pushed back for half-an-hour. The improper planning is starting to show even before any real activities start. Wasn't really excited about the camp at the start when I saw the activities that we'd be doing. NO water activities. Only boring activities like rock climbing, abseiling, team building, problem solving and first aid. Nevermind.
First day of camp
Had our lunch when we reached. The lunch was OK. We proceeded to pitch up our tents and changed into our shorts before we started on our orientation games. Though my classmates don't like out instructor, I beg to differ. I wouldn't say she's a bitch. She ain't that bad and she's pretty. Heh. Anyway, this was her first time and I think she tried her best. I think we kinda gave her a hard time too. Imagine being in her shoes. You're an instructor and nobody listen to you talk, how would you feel? But I have to say that she's too inexperience and not spontaneous enough. Prefer the other instructors that has more spunk. Our orientation game was name game, kinda boring cause we already knew each other. Played other boring games like traffic jam and trolley. Had first aid after that. Thought it would be super boring but Annuar, our instructor made it fun and interesting! Me and moi buddy had 10 points for bandaging each other on our hand and head respectively. I felt funny having a bandage on my head so I just erupted with my horrendous and unstoppable laughter. WoOt. Eee ha! Went to shower after that then had dinner which was horrendous. Stir fried cucumber with flaky fish and some nuggets. Came up with a cheer for the campfire. Love it! *Chan Chan* Lights out after supper which consists of curry puffs and milo.
Second day
Played leap of faith and seesaw. Our class managed to hit our target of jumping over the rope 9 times! Are we good or are we GOOD? Haha. Tried to balance on the seesaw for 2 secs. Wasn't easy. Geared up for trekking later. Trekking sucks. Everybody was trekking quietly due to the steep uphill slope that we had to trek on. Could see that "I am tired" was written on everyone's forehead. As we were the last 2 classes that left for trek, we tried hard to catch up with the front ppl but those inconsiderate ppl only asked us to catch up when we yelled "slow down!" Bloody hell. Trekking was suppose to be one at your own pace so that we could observe the surroundings around us. Damn the front ppl. Was near the submit when they say we had to stop because it was congested and we couldn't move one. Was freaking pissed! We had to sit down on an uphill slope and wait for 1 hr! The final blow came. "Open up your can food and eat them now!!" What da hell. We couldn't continue trekking cause it was congested, we couldn't reach our goal of reaching the submit and we can't cook our maggi mee!! We had to stand there like idiots eating canned food! How f*cked up. There was a giant millipede while we were trekking. First time I saw such a humongous millipede. Haha. After eating, we had to back trek cause it was getting late. Freaking pissed. Couldn't even reach the rock phase. Anyway, due to trekking, we missed our abseiling slot. I feel so cheated. Our most EXCITING activity have been eaten up cause of the trek which was supposed to be the BEST part of camp. Went to bathe when we were back at the campsite. First time bathing in an open shower with Joyce. WoOt. It was great. After the first day bathing in the cubicle that only had dripping water from a pathetic tap and a hole for peeing when we had to avoid falling in while bathing, the open shower was a godsend. The shower was truly a shower and there was space to bathe! Great bath. Muaha. Had dinner and I think it was quite horrendous like the day before. Yikes. Did I comment on the breakfast? Plain noodles with cucumbers. So YUMMY. Campfire finally. Hooray! That was the best. 117 roxs. Loved our cheer so much and I think we were the best!! Leon was the funky chicken man!! WoOhOoo. Lights out after campfire and debrief. Our class just bitched about the planning and the trek throughout the whole debrief. WoOt. We rule!
Last day
We finally had one EXCITING activity today. Rock climbing. Sad to say, nobody made it to the top. Played rebirth and wildwoozy. We had to get everybody over a tyre for the rebirth thingy. Then we had to balance on our partner when we were walking on the wild woozy. Ain't fun at all. I thought it was BORING. Was hoping to play some water activities. But as usual, it was a NONO. Took down our tent and we really tried to squeeze our tent into the bag. We succeeded and there wasn't a need to refold. Heh. Had the best lunch in camp on the last day. Edden gave me lotsa veggie. Hee. Had overall debrief and evaluation. Screwed up school. They didn't let Lepidus stay in Malaysia cause he had no verification letter from his parents. Poor thing. He had to go back to Yj and back to Malaysia again. Back to school. Finally, civilization. Muaha. Went to dine at united square food court with ZE. Great food!! Yum and I had ICE-CREAM!! Think that's about it!
Afterthoughts about da camp.
Thought it wasn't exactly fabulous and we still are in our cliques, the camp really gelled us together especially during the campfire. The *chan chan* cheer was the best thing ever! Thanks peeps for the togetherness in camp. Will treasure it lots. Got to know Felicia better as she was my buddy in camp but I didn't talk to her much in class. Love ya my bud!

My line is "You think you very funky eh?" Muahahaha. Did this to Joyce and Jas and they burst out laughing. I didn't think it was very funny though. Was always doing this with Neeta and MZ during my secondary school days. Kinda miss those days! It all started with Jeremy Heng. Wonder if he'll remember. Wonder if he still read my blog! Haha. They asked me to execute to Mr Sim if he said something stupid. Heh heh. I did it. Did that to him during our caretaker session. He imitated it! Muahahaha. Kinda funny!
Went to ACJC yesterday for some biodiversity management talk for the Sarawak CIP students. The school looks better than YJ. But, of course! Which school doesn't? And, they have their own swimming pool. WoOt. The talk wasn't too bad, I suppose. There were refreshments served during the break and it filled my stomach temporary. After the talk, went to woodlands to meet ZE. Was famished. Had lunch at LJS. Then went back school for GP test. It sucks. Think I'll fail the paper. Who knows, I might just get kick out of school because I flunk my GP. What da hell. Went town after the paper. Shopped around and I bought a skirt from Zara. It was quite a good bargain. It costs $26.90. Heez. Spotted a Quiksilver backpack at Paragon. It's red in colour and it's $55!! I wanna get it but geez, I'm broke. Have to buy prezzies for some impt peeps in my life. Joyce, my mum, grandpa and my dearest one. Gosh, where am I suppose to find so much money?? Besides, one-sixth of my allowance is gone! Had dinner at cartel with ZE. Ate yummy ribs and I had ice-cream from Anderson of Denmark later on. How not to get fat with all these delicious food in my tummy?? I seriously have to go on a diet! Gfs, help me! Haha.
Had tuition early in the morning at 10.30am today. Bleah. Because of that, I can't see Joyce perform! Met up with Joyce, Sooty, Kutu and Stingray cause they came my house to do pw. As usual, our first stop is 7-11. Heh. Wanted to get Cadbury dream ice-cream but apparently, there wasn't any in sight. Joyce, Sooty and me settled for slurpee. Kutu bought coke light with a taste of lemon. Haha. Then they came over my house. At first, everyone was quite stoned and my sis had her friend at my house doing their lit project. After some conflict with my mum and sis, there was a sudden burst of energy from them as they felt pressured to stay one and come up with something. Initially, they were all ready to leave so the conflict was a blessing in disguise? Haha. Oh well.
Hey Joyce, cheer up and smile always! Look on the bright side of life, you will pull through! Smile then will look cute, will always be there for you if you need! Love ya, and shopping on sat ya? Don't forget that deal! =) Take care peeps, study hard!! Tomorrow, we'll have to follow our new compact timetable. Ain't any better than our normal one. It's YJ, so that explains it all. Bleah. Life is so monotonous at times. Sigh...

I've been reading my friends' blog and I think they write so well as compared to me. "Clap Clap" Added a few more new links! Sorry peeps, I haven't been updating. Just didn't have time to go online. Been tied down with fatigue lately and I have been dealt with quite a number of blows.
Tuesday: Was scolded by Mr Spencer. "Eveleen, I called you 3 times and you're still not moving! Sit there. And give me your food!" I was just waiting for a friend and trying to finish the snicker bar that I was eating. My friend was giving me crackers, how could I resist that? I live to eat! I felt so ostracized. Damn. Luckily, Leon came late and I had company. I was earlier than other people in my lit class. As the lesson progressed, I couldn't help but let out a sneeze and I sniffed after that. Here comes Mr Spencer again. "You're not allowed to sneeze or sniff. You are to hold your breath for 45 mins." I could feel my temperature rising within me. BUT, I just stared blankly into space as if nothing happened. I was numb to this after dealing with blows early in the morning. Thanks to Zu En for rubbing it in even more. She said we were like ducks being chased. Oh well, WHATEVER.
Wednesday: Dealt with a major blow early in the morning. VP announced to the J1s that Sze Yeang passed away on tuesday morning. I was shocked. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was still planning to visit him at the hospital. I broke down. In less than a year, I lost 2 of my good friends. Life is indeed unpredictable. Last year, we used to call Sze Yeang Mayor, cause of the essay competition that he won entitled "If I were Mayor.." When I got retained, I sought advise from him asking if I should change chemistry to lit. He patiently listened and gave me the advice that I needed. We exchanged our hp to play each other's games. Sigh. All these can only be the fond memories that I can keep in my heart now. Aki and Sze Yeang were such nice guys, why is it that it has to be them leaving the world at such a tender age? Life s never fair and perhaps it is due to fate too. Waited for Weiping and the rest to finish their lit paper before we went to Sze Yeang's funeral. Paid our final respect to him. Life is so vulnerable, ppl please treasure your life well. Never think of suicide. It is a very selfish act.
Thursday: Nothing significant happened during school day. Went to send Sze Yeang off today. He is to be cremated at Mount Vernon. Many people cried for him. It was a devastating sight. Hopefully, this is better for him. May he be resting in peace and that God is with him now. Rest safely in your haven now, my dear friend. My condolences to Sze Yeang's family. Met up with Chion Teen and Dillion in the evening to do my work and they were studying for their physics paper the next day. We were at Gardens Coffeebean. Had dinner at 10+pm. Bought bread home for my mum and got a ride back with my neighbour.
Friday: Long day today. Ended school at 9.30pm cause I went for extra lit class. Jas and Joyce started a blog today and they're really excited about it. Haha. It's their first time and I can see that they're jubilant about it. Besides, Joyce had this cute indian guy asking for her number. Our class were discussing about our school issue during GP. Glad to hear about YJ being 6th on value-addedness. But overall, we're still last in ranking. Thank goodness, we were tied with CJ, SR and PJ. We're all just as lousy. Hahaha! We were bad-mouthing YJ but we aren't to be blame. If there's school spirit and the school is willing to take in student's suggestions, I'm sure we'd try to love YJ a little more. BUT NO. The school is just making things worse. One day, I'd sure wish to turn the tables against our school admin system and just shoot 'em down! I went to BK for dinner before coming back school for lit. Saw r.r, kutu and mulan there. Lit lesson was good. At least, it cleared some of my doubts for the caretaker especially. Got a ride home from Jas's parents. Thanks! =)

Guess I'm not that childish after all? I'm still 17 now. Haha. Anyway, will update on the camp soon. But not yet. Was so stoned today in class. Bleah. I swam 20 laps today and I think I better start doing some serious work now. My dad has been yelling at me and sis these days. Sigh. YSY, please do hurry come round. We are all waiting for you and if we're not giving up, you can't give up! As usual, school would be the last place that I want to be at. On top of that, it's a monday and i absolutely detest monday! Boring and tiring day. Nothing interesting happened just that we got scolded about our pw. Oh well, what's new?

I am sick... down with a running nose, slight cough and headache and a really bad throat. thinking if i should go down to sch for the assessment of our pw. hmmm.. camp is tmr! and i didn't even pack anything yet.. haha. doctor wanted to give me 2 days mc but i thought it wasn't necessary cause i'll be going for camp! gotta get ready soon if i'm going to sch.. take care ppl and dun fall sick! missing you...

Classmates complaining that i'm not updating my blog. haha. oh well.. kinda lazy. hmmm.. let's see. bought all my camp stuff on sat. went to beach road with my parents. sun, went dinner with my family to celebrate my sis bday today. today is the first day of the new term. nothing much to say about. just that had briefing for da camp and we have a new math lecturer. getting more excited abt da camp now. hee.. will be sharing tents with 11 other girls. probably, the tent might collaspe due to the noises that we will be making! muahahaha.. cool eh? think 117 rocks. took some pics today too.. =) just wanna say thanks to my 2 coolest gfs ever! joyce and jas, you 2 roxs. thanks for being such great friends! thanks to z.e for everything too! love ya!hee.. still praying for my dearest friend, YSY. please do hurry come round..

haven't updated for some time. was too busy and tired to go online. things are fine again! yay. so glad man. went for animal farm last sat. nice play. recommend it. had dinner with joyce and jas at nydc. nice pasta, drink and dessert. yum yum. then went to lido a while then home. went to op warehouse sale with zu en on sun after church. had ramen for dinner. had to go sch on mon for sat, math lect and tut. boring. went to hospital to see YSY. sigh, his condition is so bad. ppl, please pray hard for him to get well soon k? will appreciate it lots. watched pirates of the carribean with zu en yest. damn nice show. johnny depp is so cute and orlando boom.. gorgeous. heh. watch it!! did a little work at woodlands library today then went to zu en's house. catched up a little with jerm today. hmmm. tmr going to bukit timah nature reserve but my whole class going to sentosa. sigh.. miss out on a class outing. hopefully can meet all of them for dinner. YSY, i'll be praying hard for you.. you cannot give up. hurry wake up k? everybody is waiting for ya..all da best to those taking their prelims. ppl, study hard for promos!

Changes are happening all the time. Why is it so hard to adapt to changes? One minute, your special someone could be still smiling at you and say "I love you." The very next minute, your special someone could just say "I think I should reconsider about this relationship." Oh well. That's life is it? You never know what will happen the next minute.
